Digital Nature of Products

• Cancellations

• Refund requests

Once your payment is confirmed, the files are either instantly available for download or emailed to you. Therefore, all sales are considered final.

Wrong or Corrupted File Received

• Your file is corrupted or won’t open

• There is a missing element from your order
